Commanders Field Rules

Commanders Field has a series of rules and regulations in effect to make each event a perfect experience for their guests. Football games are big events, so there are several rules you should be aware of that ensure game days run smoothly:

Bag Inspection

All guests of the Commanders Field will be subject to inspection and bag search. The policies applied by the venue are for the safety and well-being of yourself and other guests, and all visitors are asked to respect this and comply with searches in an orderly manner. Failure to do so may result in refused entry to the venue, as will misconduct within the venue itself.

Permitted Items

The following items are permitted entry into the Commanders Field:

Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags with dimensions of or under 12″ x 6″ x 12”, one-gallon clear plastic freezer or Ziploc bags, and small clutches or purses 4.5” x 6.5” or under. Medically necessary items are under separate guidelines – please contact the venue with your needs beforehand to avoid delays on the day.

Prohibited items

There are a number of prohibited items that guests are not allowed to bring into the stadium. Some of these include:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcohol
  • Animals (aside from service animals)
  • Bags that do not meet the NFL clear bag size restriction
  • Audio and video equipment such as tripods or GoPros
  • LED lights or laser pointers
  • Folding chairs
  • Food or beverages
  • Noise makers like airhorns, whistles, or instruments
  • Umbrellas
  • Remote-controlled aircraft systems
  • Native American-inspired ceremonial headdresses or face paint
  • Weapons, firearms, knives or self-defense spray

Code of conduct for fans

Fans must adhere to a code of conduct as guests of the stadium. There are a few simple rules that fans need to follow, including refraining from foul or offensive language, not fighting or engaging in unruly behavior, not throwing items, drinking responsibly, and always following stadium rules and instructions from stadium staff members.

It’s important to note that stadium staff are on hand to help, but they will intervene if anyone is breaking the rules of the stadium. If you break any of these rules, you may be denied entry into the stadium and banned from future events.

Please be mindful and respectful of other guests during your visit. If a member of management perceives a guest to be using an item in a way that is harmful or disruptive to other guest’s experience, they reserve the right to confiscate that item or to remove the person from the premises.

Most importantly: Be respectful of those around you and enjoy the show!
